I want to use my pass on another phone or browser

Open 1in8b.life/en/?keep, enter the email you paid with (the address your receipt went to) and tap Open. The pass opens in that browser right away. Your email is used only to check the purchase and is not stored.

I paid, but the pass won't open

Check that the email you entered is the one your receipt went to. If you've just paid, try again in a minute or two. If it still won't open, write to customerservice@1in8b.life with your receipt number.

I lost the link to my memorial

In a browser where your pass is open, tap House of Past Lives in the Memorials box on the first screen. Every memorial you made with your pass is there as a room. Tap a room to open its memorial, then use Copy link. A memorial's link opens for anyone, on any device, without a pass.

My memorial isn't in my House of Past Lives

A memorial shows only in the language version it was made in. If you made it on the English page, open 1in8b.life/en/; if on the Korean page, 1in8b.life/ko/. If you also have a pass bought with another email, open that pass with that email to see the memorials made with it.

I cleared my browser data (private windows and browsers that erase everything when closed, like Firefox Focus, work the same way)

You can open your pass again with the email you paid with, and the memorials you made are still there. But your lives (Past lives and See again) are kept only in that browser, so once they are erased they can't be brought back. The same goes for a life that was erased before it was made into a memorial. For everyday use, a normal Safari or Chrome window is best.

I want to move my lives to a new phone or another browser

Tap Move my lives at the bottom of the first screen or in Past lives, then Make a moving code. In the new browser, open Move my lives too, enter the code and tap Bring them. Your past lives, the life in progress and the memorials made in that browser all move together. A code can be used once, within 3 days.

Inside an app like Instagram, Threads or Facebook, my film won't save

Browsers inside apps can't save videos or PDFs. Tap Move to Safari or Chrome and open the address it gives you in Safari or Chrome; the life comes along, so you can make it there. This address can also be used once, within 3 days.

Can I keep a life I already finished?

Yes. In Past lives on the first screen, open a life that has See again and use Keep this life, just as you would right after it ends. Without a pass, only your 10 most recent lives are kept whole; once your pass is open, every life you live after that is kept in that browser. A life without See again has only its summary, so nothing can be made from it. Without a pass, lives lived after the October 2026 update stay in the list only up to the latest 10 (lives from before it stay as they are).

I want to change or take down a memorial

In a browser where your pass is open, open your memorial from the House of Past Lives and you'll find Dress it at the top: you can change the moments and their captions, the title, the first and last words and the mood. To take it down, open that life with See again and tap Take the memorial down. If the life is no longer in your browser, send the memorial's link to customerservice@1in8b.life and we'll take it down.

How do I get a refund?

Within 30 days of payment, we refund in full, no questions asked. In a browser where your pass is open, tap Ask for a refund under Keep this life and the message is ready to send. From anywhere else, write to customerservice@1in8b.life with the email you paid with. Details are in the refund section of the terms.
